How it works
Here's how it works.
I don't do projects. I don't do one-off tasks. I work with a small number of founders on a monthly retainer basis, which means I'm consistently in your business, not just parachuting in when things get bad.You get one person who knows your business, your priorities, and your brand. Someone who shows up every month without needing to be caught up from scratch. That consistency is the whole point.
What we focus on.
Every engagement is different because every business is different. But the work generally falls into three areas:
Operations & Systems
Building the infrastructure that lets your business run without you in every decision. Vendors, logistics, workflows, processes — the stuff that keeps things moving.
Marketing & Brand
Getting your brand showing up consistently — content, email, social, campaigns. Whether you're starting from zero or just stuck in inconsistency, I handle it.
The Whole Thing
Sometimes it's not one thing. Sometimes you just need someone to come in and handle all of it — ops, marketing, execution. That's actually where I do my best work.
Three ways to work together.
I offer three engagement levels based on what your business actually needs. We figure out together which one makes sense — and if you're not sure, that's what the first conversation is for.
The Focus Engagement
One primary area — either operations or marketing. Lighter touch, async, best for a business that needs one specific thing fixed or built consistently.
The Growth Engagement
Both operations and marketing. For businesses in active growth mode that need consistent support across multiple areas. This is the most common starting point.
The Full Operator
You need someone fully inside the business. Ops, marketing, execution, and strategic involvement. This is as close to having a right hand as it gets without making a full-time hire.
What it looks like in practice.
Here's how we go from first conversation to actually working together:
You fill out a short quiz → I follow up personally based on what you shared → we get on a 30-minute call → I send you a one-pager with what I heard and how I'd help → if it feels right, I put together a proposal → you sign a simple agreement → we kick off.
From there: a one-hour kickoff call, a first-week assessment I call The Running Start, a 30-60-90 day plan, and then we're off. Monthly check-ins, end of month summaries, and me proactively flagging things without waiting to be asked.
We give each other space to do our best work. I don't need a roadmap from you — and you don't need to have it all figured out before we talk. Half the value of that first conversation is just getting clarity on what you actually need. That's what I'm here for.
A few things worth knowing.
-
I work with a small number of clients at a time, intentionally. That's how I make sure your business gets real attention, not divided attention.
-
I work async and on my own schedule. You'll hear from me consistently and everything gets done on time, but I don't typically work 9-5.
-
I work best with founders who are ready to give someone real access and real autonomy. The more room you give me, the more I can do for you.
-
Engagements start with a 3-month commitment. That's enough time to actually move the needle - not just get started.
Still not sure if this is for you?
That's exactly what the quiz is for. Answer a few questions, I'll follow up personally, and we'll figure it out together. No pitch, no pressure.
